The 15-20 minute walk to the nearest JR train station felt excessive!!! A proper lounge area outside the onsen would be a nice addition for relaxation.

during my stay, I loved how I could easily walk to the beautiful Sunday Market in less than a 5-minute stroll and also explore the charming Obiyamachi Itchome Shopping Street right around the corner.

i had a great stay at dormy inn! the location is super convenient, close to the coast, and the onsen facilities were fantastic. i loved the excellent japanese breakfast and the bonus of free ramen in the evening was a fun touch.

check-in was a bit complicated due to the automated machine not working well with foreign passports, which took extra time.
